Staff NLP-engineer (code generation)

What You Will Be Doing:

• Solving text-to-code and code generation tasks, including software engineering (SWE), completion tasks, and more.
• Fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) for code generation tasks.
• Accelerating the inference of transformer models and LLMs.

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 6 years of commercial development experience in Python.
• 5+ years of experience in NLP, with a proven track record of applying LLMs to code generation tasks.
• Hands-on experience solving text-to-code and code generation problems.
• Proficiency with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, Transformers, etc.
• Deep understanding of the architectures of major LLMs and their strengths/limitations for code generation.
• Experience optimizing model inference, including techniques like quantization.
• A higher education degree in Computer Technology, Applied Mathematics, or Applied Computer Science.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Bonus Points:

• Research or publications on NLP or LLM-related topics.
• Prize-winning placements in NLP/LLM competitions (e.g., Kaggle, Boosters), especially for text-to-code or code generation tasks.
