No. We operate as a fully decentralized team. Our employees work from locations all around the world.

We offer a 100% remote work environment. You’ll join as a full-time employee with a labor contract, social guarantees, and all associated benefits—all while working from wherever you’re most comfortable.
How is working time managed?
We trust our team and prioritize flexibility. There are no screen trackers or strict working hours. Each team sets its schedule collaboratively, ensuring it works for both the team and the individual.
